Breguet, Wall clock, Classique, Ref. 3130, probably circa 1990. An exceptional, large and heavy metal wall clock, using the codes of Ref. 3130. One-piece gilded metal bezel and fluted caseband, imitation guilloché dial, external minute track, radiating Roman numerals, Breguet hands. Decorative elements include the date at 6 o'clock, power reserve indications and moon phases. Exceptional and complex battery-powered electric movement, with switches on the back for time and probably date settings. Fully secured with a multitude of screws (over 50 on the black metal caseback alone!). An exceptional, rare and highly decorative piece, probably intended for Breguet ADs, made with a real concern for quality and perfection. Weight? Approx. 16 kg! Very easy to attach to the back. The hour and minute hands work perfectly, as evidenced by the qualitative "clac" sound every 60 seconds. We didn't manage to change the date despite the controls.
