4.- Description of the products and services
www.setdart.com is an online auction whose purpose is to sell art, antiques, collectibles and other artistic goods of a similar nature that are entrusted to it for this purpose.
Setdart Subastas and its fiscal figure Setdart Online SL act as mediators between the owner and the buyer of each lot.
To be able to bid on Setdart, it is necessary to register as a user, after reading these Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Enter the link on the Home page "Register as a user" and correctly fill in the boxes with your data. The form will ask you to enter a "user code" and a "password". This guarantees the privacy and authenticity of the bids, since when you make an offer, your user code will be visible in the bid history and not your name and surname, and the bid will not enter unless you enter the correct password.
Your personal data must be authentic and correct since, in the event of any falsehood or manipulation, Setdart will cancel the registered client. Cette vente spécialisée dans le Patrimoine Blésois et de la région met en valeur les faïences de Blois avec Ulysse, Tortat, Balon, Adrien Thibault.
Une rare montre oignon d'un horloger blésois du XVIIème siècle remet sur le devant de la scène une production locale quelque peu oublié. Michel Cuper, horloger de S.A.R. Gaston d'Orléans, fut établi à Blois vers 1613 et décédé avant 1634. Sa descendance formera une lignée d'horlogers qui exerceront jusqu'au XIXe siècle.
Le point d'orgue de cette vacation sera la dispersion des livres et cartes postales appartenant à Jean TANVIER. Jamais exposée, ils seront visibles à l'Hôtel des ventes de Blois.
N'oublions pas Ovide SRIBE originaire de Romorantin avec une belle plaque en faïence représentant une scène d'après WATTEAU et les grés d'Alexandre BIGOT

The association UN PAS VERS LA VIE was created in 2008, in response to requests from families with autistic children. Its mission is to create educational spaces, mediatize issues and create support materials.

L’association Tout le monde contre le cancer réalise depuis 15 ans plus de 1000 actions chaque année dans 170 hôpitaux et maisons de parents pour accompagner les enfants et leur famille ainsi que le personnel soignant dans leur combat contre le cancer. Elle agit avec une conviction : « Tant qu’il y a de la joie, il y a de la vie! ».
L’association UN PAS VERS LA VIE a été créée en 2008, pour répondre aux demandes des familles avec enfant autiste. Elle s’est donnée comme missions la création d’espaces pédagogiques, la médiatisation des problématiques et la création de supports d’accompagnement.

The lots offered for sale, except in exceptional cases, are the property of third parties (hereinafter "Seller") who have irrevocably entrusted the sale of the lots to Aste Bolaffi which acts only as an intermediary. Information about the auction may be included in the catalog or announced in the saleroom before or during the sale. The terms and conditions of sale are subject to updates that will immediately be posted on www.astebolaffi. it. If there are any discrepancies between the text of the Terms and Conditions published in the auction catalog and those published on the Aste Bolaffi website, the online version will take precedence.
2 - Catalogues Aste Bolaffi shall not be held liable with regard to illustrations, descriptions, condition reports, values and estimates of the lots contained in the catalogs and in any other illustrative materials. Illustrations, descriptions, condition reports, values and estimates are provided purely as a guide and only serve to clearly identify the lot and bidders should not rely on them as statement of fact. The illustrations, descriptions, condition reports, values and estimates are made to the best of Aste Bolaffi's knowledge and do not in any way constitute guarantees or promises of quality in accordance with Articles 1490 and 1497 of the Italian Civil Code. Lots may be sold at prices that are higher or lower than the estimated values indicated in the catalogs. At the sole discretion of Aste Bolaffi estimated values are subject to change. The estimated values published in the catalog do not include Aste Bolaffi's buyer's premium, the costs of droit de suite (artist's resale royalty), customs and export duties and fees and VAT (if any). 3 - Inspection of lots prior to the auction Prospective buyers are able to examine lots before the auction on days and during the times established at Aste Bolaffi's discretion. Individuals may handle lots on display at their own risk. Some large or heavy items may be dangerous if handled incorrectly and may only be handled with the assistance of Aste Bolaffi Staff.
4 - Participation in the saleroom In order to improve auction procedures, all potential buyers are required to obtain a numbered bidding paddle before the start of the public auction for use when making bids. Buyers may also pre-register during the pre-auction viewing days. By completing and signing the registration form and being given a numbered paddle, buyers accept these Terms and Conditions. Aste Bolaffi reserves the right to ask bidders for information and documents for identification purposes as well as information regarding bank references. In some situations, Aste Bolaffi reserves the right to require bidders to pay a deposit to guarantee the payment of the sale price and auction commission. Aste Bolaffi may, in its sole discretion, ban unwelcome or unsuitable bidders from entering the saleroom. If a bidder is acting in the name and on behalf of another person or entity a suitable power of attorney must be shown before the auction takes place. Aste Bolaffi reserves the right to refuse agents or brokers of third parties to participate in an auction if, in its opinion, power of attorney has not been demonstrated. A bidding paddle must be used to indicate bids to the auctioneer during the auction. In the event of any doubts regarding the hammer price or the successful bidder, participants should attract the auctioneer's attention immediately. All lots sold will be invoiced to the name and address provided when the bidding paddle is assigned and may not be transferred to other name and/or address. Aste Bolaffi will not accept any complaint or claim for paddle loss or theft. At the end of the auction, the paddle must be returned to the registration desk.
5 - Participation by mail, via telephone or online By submitting and signing the designated forms, the participant agrees to take part in the relevant auction and agrees to pay the hammer price and buyer's premium if his or her offer(s) is or are successful. The participant also agrees to verify at the end of the auction if his or her offer(s) has or have been successful, exempting Aste Bolaffi from any liability in this regard. Claims due to negligence or error in the filling out of written offers will not be accepted. Aste Bolaffi declines all liability to persons participating in the auction by telephone and or online in the event of non-participation due to any errors that may occur during or prior to the telephone and/or internet connection.
6 - Awarding of lots Lots will be awarded to the highest bidder. Aste Bolaffi reserves the right to cancel an award in the event of any third-party disputes claiming private or State ownership of the Lot. We do not accept bids below the starting price. Lots will open at the bid indicated as the starting price, except when a higher offer has been received prior to the opening of the auction; in this case the lot will open at the subsequent bidding increment after that offer. Conditions for the withdrawal of purchases: all wines are stored at the CAVES DE MONTQUARTIERS in Issy-les-Moulineaux.
The withdrawal of the lots is possible by appointment from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at the following address

The removal of the wines will be done only after payment and total collection of the slip and on presentation of it with the mention paid.
The control of the bottles will have to be done on the spot during the removal.
No claim can be taken into account once the bottles have left the storage place.
The storage of the bottles is free of charge until the 31st day after the sale.
You will be charged 1 euro (excl. tax) per lot for management fees at the time of the auction, in addition to the 30% tax charge.
Beyond that, storage fees of 3 € excl. tax / lot / month will be charged directly to you. Bottles can only be collected after payment of any storage fees.

Aucune réclamation ne pourra être prise en compte une fois que les bouteilles auront quitté le lieu de stockage.
Le stockage des bouteilles est gratuit jusqu’au : 31e jour après la vente.
Il vous sera facturé 1 euro H.T. par lot de frais de gestion à l’adjudication en sus des frais de 30% TTC.
Au-delà, des frais de stockage de 3 € HT / lot / mois vous seront facturés directement. Les bouteilles ne pourront être retirées qu’après paiement des éventuels frais de stockage.

Payment of auction slips
For your purchases in the auction room, your slip will be given to you on the spot at any time during the sale. Present yourself to our team and you will be able to pay by credit card or in cash up to a limit of 1,000 euros. Due to the high number of unpaid bills, we no longer accept bank checks.
For your purchases by email or by phone, the adjudication slip is sent to you the day of the sale. The payment is made by phone by credit card or by bank transfer on the RIB indicated on the slip, cash, without delay.
For any purchase via Drouot.com (automatic auction, live auction), your adjudication slip will be sent to you by email the day after the sale at the latest. Payment is made by telephone by credit card or bank transfer.
If payment is not received within 7 days of the sale, legal penalties will be applied to the total amount of the auction slip.
Collection of lots
During the sale and up to 1 hour after the sale: your purchases can be picked up without any storage fees during and up to 1 hour after the sale at Drouot. To pick up your lot, present your team, pay your slip and your lot will be given to you. A free packing service is available on the ground floor of the Drouot auction house.
At the end of the sale, all lots (except jewelry) will be entrusted to the storage service of Drouot. The buyer will be responsible for the storage costs upon delivery of the lot to Drouot, after prior payment of the auction slip by credit card by telephone, or by bank transfer to the account indicated on the slip. Auctie's accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to a lot in the custody of Drouot, as the transfer of ownership takes place when the auctioneer pronounces the word "adjudicated".
If no specific instructions are given by the successful bidder (before or during the sale), all lots (except for jewelry which will be stored at the auction house) remaining in our possession on the evening of the sale at 7 pm will also be entrusted to the Drouot warehouse (subject to a handling fee and possibly storage fees as from the 5th day after the sale).
Storage
Storage is free until the 15th day after the sale. Beyond that date, storage fees of 3€ excl. tax per lot and per month will be charged before delivery.
Responsibility
As soon as the auction is pronounced, the lot is under the responsibility of its buyer. If any damage occurs after the auction during handling, transport or shipping operations, the auction house is not responsible.

Paiement des bordereaux d'adjudication
Pour vos achats en salle, votre bordereau vous est remis sur place à n'importe quel moment pendant la vente. Présentez-vous à notre équipe et vous pourrez le régler par carte bancaire ou en espèces dans la limite de 1.000 euros. Devant le nombre important d'impayé, nous n'acceptons plus les chèques bancaires.
Pour vos achats sur ordres d'achat par email, par téléphone, le bordereau d'adjudication vous est envoyé le jour même de la vente. Le paiement se fait par téléphone par carte bancaire ou par virement bancaire sur le RIB indiqué sur le bordereau, comptant, sans délai.
Pour tout achat via Drouot.com (enchère automatique, enchère live), votre bordereau d'adjudication vous sera envoyé par email le lendemain de la vente au plus tard. Le paiement se fait par téléphone par carte bancaire ou par virement bancaire.
En l'absence de réception de paiement après les 7 jours suivants la vente, des pénalités légales s'appliqueront sur le montant total du bordereau.
Retrait des lots
Pendant la vente et jusqu'à 1h après la vente : vos achats sont récupérables sans frais de magasinage pendant et jusqu'à 1h00 après la vente à Drouot Pour récupérer votre lot, présentez-nous à votre équipe, payez votre bordereau et votre lot vous sera remis. Un service gratuit d'emballage est à votre disposition au RDC de l'hôtel des ventes de Drouot.
A l'issue de la vente, tous les lots (sauf bijoux) seront confiés au service magasinage de Drouot. Les frais du magasinage seront à la charge de l'acquéreur payés à la délivrance du lot à Drouot, après paiement préalable du bordereau d'adjudication par CB par téléphone, ou par virement bancaire sur le compte indiqué sur le bordereau. Auctie's décline toute responsabilité en cas de sinistre sur un lot confié au magasinage de Drouot, le transfert de propriété s'effectuant à la prononciation du terme "adjugé" par le commissaire priseur.
Sans consigne spécifique donnée par l'adjudicataire (avant ou pendant la vente), tous les lots (hormis les bijoux qui seront stockés à l'étude) restants en notre possession le soir de la vente à 19h seront également confiés au magasinage de Drouot (moyennant frais de dossier et éventuellement frais de stockage à compter du 5e jour après la vente).
Stockage
Le stockage est gratuit jusqu’au 15e jour après la vente. Au-delà, des frais de stockage de 3€ HT par lot et par mois vous seront facturés avant leur délivrance.
Responsabilité
Dès prononciation de l'adjudication, le lot est sous la responsabilité de son acquéreur. Si un sinistre survient après l'adjudication dans les opérations de manutention, de transport ou d'expédition, l'étude dégage toute responsabilité.
