In 1969, Piaget launched a new collection of cuff and sautoir watches with an expansive design. Dubbed the "Collection du XXIème siècle", this line fused the art of watchmaking with that of jewelry. These technically sophisticated jewels bear witness to Piaget's distinctive expertise: textured or hammered gold, enhanced with hard stones. This model, produced for only 4 years until 1973, is certainly the most sculptural cuff Piaget imagined in the 1970s.
