Lot 213 - FIAT 500 ABARTH Launched in 1957, the second-generation Fiat 500 has become an icon in automotive history. A symbol of Italy and Dolce Vita, it, like the Vespa, represented the social and economic revival in Italy. Derived from the 600 model launched two years earlier, the "Nuova 500", to distinguish it from the model it replaced, was a popular success, with almost 4 million units produced between 1957 and 1975. Its impact on the automotive industry was significant, and it was produced during this career in a variety of body styles and by different factories, thanks to international licenses. Equipped with a 479 cm3 twin-cylinder delivering 13 bhp, its 2.97 m, 470 kg body enabled it to thread its way through town and open the door to many families. With its rear-mounted engine, the trunk of this city car is in the front. As early as 1957, Abarth offered a conversion kit. The famous Italian tuner transformed the little city car, increasing its power in particular. After numerous victories and records, the Turin-based brand agreed to deliver cars directly to Abarth. The 595 and 595 SS, then the 695 from 1964 onwards, saw their power ratings rise from 19hp to 38hp, enabling it to reach a top speed of 135 km/h. We are offering for sale an attractive restoration project. Dark gray in color, it is equipped with its air-cooled twin-cylinder engine. The interior, with its carpeted seats, will be restored, as will the bodywork. The mechanics are non-rotating and require a complete overhaul. (Sold non-running and non-rotating, further information and photos on request). Engine: air-cooled 497 cm3 twin-cylinder Transmission: 3-speed manual Power: approx. 19 hp Dimensions: 2.97 x 1.32 x 1.32 m

Lot 214 - FIAT 500 JOLLY As with its city version, the Fiat 500 Jolly is emblematic of the Italy of the 1960s/1970s. Although the golden era of coachbuilders between the wars is over, some models served as a basis for the work of certain coachbuilders, wishing to offer a wealthy clientele exclusive models, sometimes very sporty, sometimes reserved for a particular use. Such is the case of the Fiat Jolly. A mythical beach car, like the Mini Moke made famous by Brigitte Bardot in St Tropez, this beach version was very much in vogue in Italy's posh seaside resorts, particularly in the hands of Aristotle Onassis. Devoid of doors and roof, replaced by an awning often with bangs and ropes, many models were fitted with wicker seats. The best-known symbol of beach cars, its performance is not sought-after. Like its city sibling, it's equipped with a 497 cm3 air-cooled twin-cylinder engine, which is more than enough to get you to your boat in port or to the seaside. Officially produced in less than 100 examples, according to sources, by the Ghia coachbuilder, reproductions, like this one, have been legion for over 50 years. For sale is a sparkling yellow version with a white fabric roof. With its wooden steering wheel (note the Ferrari logo in the center) and wicker seats, it will be an invitation to travel and pleasure after an aesthetic and mechanical restoration. Also known as "Spiaggina" for "plagette" in Italy, this yoghurt pot convertible is just looking for a new family to restore it to its former glory. (Sold non-rolling and non-rotating, further information and photos on request). Engine: 497 cm3 air-cooled twin-cylinder Transmission: 3-speed manual Power: approx. 19 hp Dimensions: 2.97 x 1.32 x 1.32 m

Lot 215 - DINO (FERRARI) 308 GT4 Presented at the 1973 Paris Motor Show, the Dino 308 was a double first for the Italian company: the 1st road car with a V8 engine and the 1st 2+2 car with a mid-engined rear axle. Replacing the 206/246 Dino, made mythical by Danny Wilde's gloved hands in Amicalement vôtre (The Persuaders), this little berlinetta with mischievous eyes had the honor of bearing the first name of Enzo Ferrari's son, who died at the age of 24. This double originality was coupled with a break in a stylistic partnership: the sensual curves of the 1960s designed by Pininfarina gave way to sharp angles under Bertone's design. With its 3-liter V8 producing around 250 hp, mated to a 5-speed gearbox, this car is suitable for everyday use. Plastic bumpers, American anti-pollution standards, a "family" car with two seats usable by adults... the changes are significant and major. A commercial success for the brand at the time, the change of name was mainly due to the American market. As Ferrari's other V12-powered products were no longer homologated on Uncle Sam's soil, dealers were allowed to replace the Dino badges with Ferrari ones before delivery to customers. The name change, direct from the factory, took effect from mid-1975. It became the Ferrari 308 (3-liter V8) GT4 (for 4 seats). Prancing Horse historians agree that there were two series for this model. The first features a narrow rectangular grille with detached lights; the second a wider grille with integrated headlights. There will also be a 2-liter version, called 208 GT4, to meet Italian tax regulations. We offer for sale a 308 GT4, one of only 2826 produced between 1973 and 1980. With its two-tone blue and black paintwork and blue velvet interior, this berlinetta exudes the spirit of the 1970s. In good cosmetic condition, it will require a complete overhaul before it can be driven again (sold non-running and non-rotating, further information and photos on request). Engine: 2926 cc V8 with 90-degree mid-rear position. Gearbox: 5-speed manual Power: approx. 255 hp Dimensions: 4.30 x 1.80 x 1.18 m
