Description

1975 Grazellia moped 50 cc sachs engine N°22654 Registered in collection 600 / 1 200 € The Motograziella was first presented at the Cologne International Bicycle and Motorcycle Show in 1968. The chassis was supplied by the Italian company Carnielli and the engine by the German company Fichtel Sachs. Getting the bike to market was a laborious task, as the mining authorities prohibited wheels smaller than 21 inches for motorized two-wheelers. After much testing and justification, approval was finally granted. The first Graziella models had no rear suspension and were available exclusively in blue. From 1971 onwards, rear suspension was available as an option, and two additional colors (green and red) were added to the color chart. The Sachs engine was available in two versions, one with a top speed limited to 25 km/h, the other with a top speed limited to 40 km/h to adapt to the regulations, which at the time differed greatly from one country to another... The Motograziella was manufactured over a 10-year period, from 1968 to 1978. The model offered is entirely original, as is its paintwork. It is to be restarted if you wish to take the technical inspection.
