Retailed by Carpenter and Westley, London, in the original fine quality mahogany case, signed Powell and Lealand on the achromatic condenser; extra lenses and slides are in the fitted drawers, and the lacquer is the original and in good condition. The brass carrying handle to the box bears an engraved crest of a Unicorn’s head. (Box measures 46cm high )
