MANSON, CHARLES (1937 - 2017)
MANSON, Charles - Handwritten autograph letter, with original envelope with the seal of the Vacaville penitentiary and, very rarely, Manson's autograph signature with the return address in the upper left corner of the envelope. As is usual in his writings, the letter is worded incoherently and full of strange twists and concepts: "you must also play not so superior.... it means little or nothing to know what brains think, it is what they are told when they are guided correctly. Do not strive for the perfection that you are and the perfection of the universe... but I am not allowed to tell the truth, so I hide in the cages.... whatever it is for you, I am not sure that Fromme (Lynette, a member of the family that tried to assassinate President Ford), is something magical, that reflects more magical movements and my love. She is love because she speaks above the fears of the illusion of the past and if it does. I say well, she dances and sings and makes wonderful images...".
