Materials and manufacturing techniques: steel, forging, polishing, wood, hardening, leather, drawing, blackened buffalo horn, wire, nickel silver, stamping. The broadsword blade is steel, straight, forged, hardened, monocotyledonous with a smooth taper at the tip.
