Pair of church cruets. Limoges, France, mid-19th century. Silver-plated metal and enamel. With contrasts. Measurements: 15 cm (height). Pair of cruets made entirely of silver-plated metal. The stylised periform body stands on a circular base. The sinuous profile of the handle, folded with vegetal motifs, contrasts with the sharp beak-shaped mouth. The bodies are decorated with enamels from the French Limoges workshops in the form of crosses, vegetal and floral motifs.
