A deity with horned crown and falbel robe stands with raised hands behind a worshipper with broad-brimmed cap and goat in his arms; in front of them the frontally standing Ishtar with horned crown, her right leg protrudes from her skirt, her foot stands on a lion protome, in her right hand she holds the double lion's club, in her left hand a sickle axe, clubs grow from her shoulders.
