Scroll seal with divine scene. Syria, ca. 1800 - 1620 BC. H 1.6 cm, ø 0.7 cm. Hematite. A winged deity wearing a spiked helmet with two frontal horns, spear and flail stands before a deity with a similar helmet, cloak, mace and axe, followed by a servant. A bird turned to the right above a reclining ibex turned to the left as separating elements. With copy of the bill! With unrolling! Published in: B.
