Rosenthal "Fortuna" on a gold sphere Designed by Ernst Wenck in 1932 (after the bronze original from 1912), signed, green stamp mark with the addition Selb-Plössberg Germany 1953, embossed model number 746, naturalistic moulding with polychrome overglaze painting and partial gold decoration, a young woman standing on a round base on a sphere in a bent posture as a semi-nude with drapery, depicting the Roman goddess of luck and fate, two tiny burn marks to the upper body, otherwise in good condition for age, h 30.5 cm.
