Collection of gold earrings. West Asian, 1st mill. bc. Chr. 18.70g, a) L 2.5cm. With central ridge and granulated decoration. b) L 2cm. Thickened towards the center on both sides like a trumpet. c) L 2.3cm. Thickened towards the middle like a trumpet, mother-of-pearl beads on the central ridge. d)L 1.5cm. Two pelta-shaped attachments on the bail, a rectangular imitation gemstone at the bottom. 4 pieces! Gold! Intact. Provenance: Ex collection Dr. Klaus Marquardt, North Rhine-Westphalia, 1980s to 2009, acquired on the London art market in 1992.
