Boeotian statuette of a warrior on horseback with helmet and shield. 2nd quarter 6th century BC. H 16.1cm, L 16.2. Light brown, hand-molded terracotta. Numerous small remnants of the red-brown painting. With certificate of authenticity from Galerie Günter Puhze, Freiburg im Breisgau! Published in: Kunst der Antike - Galerie Günter Puhze catalog 10, 1993, no. 114 (copy enclosed). Cf. on the provenance and dating F. W. Hamdorf - F.
