A Jagerstutzen model 1807/35 Console with bayonet

dating: provenance: Austria, Octagonal, rifled, 13.9 mm cal barrel (strong pitting, clearly visible rifling) with round nozzle, the base marked "IM", "A" under crown, "WN", imperial mark, dated "837 "and with another barely legible mark; adjustable rear sight, brass front sight, clutch for the bayonet; tang with year "835", and "21". Console system lock marked "B". Full wooden stock marked "W", with patchbox. Brass mounts. Very rare. Complete with its bayonet, length: 79 [cm].

Heinrich Genhart, Liège, had his turret gun design for pistols and rifles patented in the 1850s in Belgium and the USA. An Austrian cavalry pistol M 1862 Rifled barrel in 13.9 mm caliber with rough bore in need of cleaning, maker's inscription "Jeschek" in front of the rear sight. Percussion lock, cock safety missing, double eagle mark and year "(1)864" on lock plate. Walnut half stock with iron furniture, pommel cap with lanyard loop. Barrel minimally pitted over the breech and pistol base. Length 40 cm. Condition: II -
