Fragment of a lustre frieze tile, Iran, 14th century Siliceous ceramic decorated with metallic lustre forming a frieze of kufic pseudo-calligraphy on a vegetal background. Dim. at sight : 5,8 x 27,8 cm Chips, restoration in a corner, wooden frame. A similar fragment of tile from the former Kiefer shard maker is kept in the Louvre Museum under the inventory number MAO 936/780
