Two figures on the left hold out a raised hand in a gesture of condemnation. Height : 44 cm - Width : 55,5 cm Provenance : former Swiss collection (small missing parts and accidents) This element is freely inspired by an engraving by Martin Schongauer (Colmar 1445/1450 - Vieux Brisach 1491) (fig) where we find the same arrangement of the characters ; Christ is represented here as Ecce Homo in the manner of Albrecht Durer in his Passion cycle, bringing together on the same element two moments of the trial and the Passion of Christ
