The work carried by numerous Dutch draughtsmen and engravers (one of the sheets here monogrammed Hieronymus Wierix, Nagler 78,8) published in several editions (till 1674), thematically and source-wise summarized in single numbered sets, some of them completely present, each accompanied by Latin lines of text. In very good impressions remarkably uniform as well as in best condition. - Enclosed: Claes Jansz. Visscher, 2 engravings after Joh. Stradanus, Weber-Verviers Collection (Lugt 2551b).
