Viennese portal clock, wood, 1st half 19th cent, constructed with alabaster columns, these partly cracked, the wood in several shades, partly ebonized, with applied gilt bronze applications, crowned by a nest with birds, the back mirrored, white enamel dial with black Arabic numerals and blued hands, in the center a date display, domed glass in gilded glass rim, chipping around winding holes neatly restored, movement with 4/4 striking mechanism on gong with repetition runs, 58x35x13cm HBT
