Of rectangular form, depicting a traveler riding a mule followed by his attendant, about to cross a narrow bridge over a gray icy river in a snowy landscape with barren trees below outlines of mountains in the background and birds flying in the distance. Inscriptions: Upper right, ‘The snowflakes fly like countless jade fragments, the barren mountain peaks do not obstruct them. On a borderless silver world, wild birds fly on even while he tires.’ One seal. Provenance: British trade. Condition: Very good condition with minor wear and firing irregularities.
