A CHINESE FAMILLE VERTE BISCUIT FIGURE OF GUANDI, 19TH-20TH CENTURY A Chinese porcelain figure of a Guandi, seated on a throne, wearing a long robe and holding a scroll in his right hand, his fierce face framed by a long beard and tall cap, his robe brightly glazed in yellow, green and aubergine, decorated around his belly with a facing yellow dragon. The bottom stamped with a Chinese Qianlong six character mark. Height: 37 cm. A small piece of the ribbon around the cup is missing.
