Therefore, in the event that the acquired property has characteristics such as requiring any form of ministerial authorization for its definitive exit from the territory of the Italian Republic, the timeframe required to issue such authorization will be regulated by the Office for the Export of Antiquities and Works of Art of the Ministry of Culture.
