Presented in a 3.75″ x 2.75″ x 1″ Lucite display with card bearing Apollo 11-related imagery and information to either side. Includes an 8.5 x 11 informational presentation sheet from Havekotte and Czubinski stating that it was removed after splashdown by O. W. Nasse, who was assigned to the Apollo 11 post-landing and safety recovery team. In fine condition.
