Addressed to the General of the galleys of Naples and Sicily and member of the Council of War of Philip IV Antonio de la Cueva (1590 - 1652), concerning: “…la dificultad que los mis oficiales de las ditas Galeras pusieron en el cumplimientos de los decretos que aveys dado…”. 1 p.
