Very fine Venetian top-mounted secretary - 19th century - On an all-round curved chest of drawers with pilasters and a sloping writing flap, a high, two-door top with mirrored doors and a sprung pediment, carved and gilded appliqués of leafy tendrils as a crown, rich interior with numerous drawers and compartments, bronze fittings. Walnut, veneered and inlaid with maple veins. 240 x 118 x 60 cm. - Traces of age.
