Pair of Empire wall appliques - France, 19th century - Openwork lyre shape with palmette finial, each with two curved candelabra arms with swan heads, chased drip pans and vase-shaped spouts. Bronze with remnants of fire gilding. With cast mark "2972 MD" on the reverse. 34.5 x 25 cm. - Inconspicuously repaired and drill holes for electrification.
