Argy-Rousseau, Gabriel - Art Deco lidded box with so-called Judas penning - (Meslay-le-Vidame 1885-1953 Paris) Round shape with slip lid; wall and lid decorated with branches of silver leaf, the seed leaves in white, yellow and brown and the stems in black. Pâte de verre, body made of cloudy, colorless glass with purple and green. Marked "G. Argy-Rousseau" in capital letters on the wall and "France" on the underside. H. 8.3 cm, Ø approx. 9.5 cm.
