Vase with orchid - Emile Gallé, Nancy - c. 1898-1900 - Round stand with club-shaped body; orchid decoration modeled in high and low cut. Colorless glass, underlaid and overlaid in various shades of green and orange-brown, powder and stain fusions. Marked "Gallé" on the wall. H. 21.5 cm. - Small chip to the stand. - Comparable object in the Museum Villa Stuck in Munich (inv. no. GL 91 9-6).
