Italian amphora vase - Milan, M. 20th century - The egg-shaped body with flaring rim above a round foot, raised, two-part acanthus leaf handles, wall decorated with straight folds and leaf engraving, green cabochon in relief leaf cartouche on both sides. Silver. Provincial stamp and fineness "800" on the underside. H. 33.5 cm; 1,070 g.
