A commemorative silver cup - Ostland-Treuefahrt 1933, silver 800/000, stamped on the underside "Halbmond, Krone, 800, Firmenpunze Schleissner & Söhne, Hanau", rubbed interior gilding, pierced base of four bird wings with central heraldic eagle, funnel-shaped wall with engraving in Sütterlin script: inscribed "Die Treue ist das Mark der Ehre von Hindenburg"/ and "Ostland-Treuefahrt 1933", h. 10.8 cm, dm. 7.8 cm, weight approx. 111g, the nationwide rally to the Tannenberg memorial took place from 23.8.-2.9.1933 on the occasion of the 19th anniversary of the Battle of Tannenberg, stylized by propaganda into a major patriotic media event, it was marketed as the "Ostland Treuefahrt".
