Very large sugar bowl in the Baroque style - Hanau, Josef Oswald - 1st half of the 20th century - Oval, bulbous shape with hinged lid, wall decorated with large bosses framed by rocailles and small C-sweeps with flowers. Silver with gilt interior. Hallmarked on the base with fineness "800", crescent moon, crown and maker's monogram "OS". 20 x 19 x 20 cm; 1,100 g.
