Wine tasting bowl - Nuremberg, c. 1680 - Hermann Lang (Mstr. 1673-1716). Oval, deeply hollowed form with octagonal humped wall and two rocaille handles; large flowering branch in the center. Silver with partial gilding. Master's mark "HL" ligated on the handle, inspection mark and tremolier mark. 4 x 14 x 13 cm; 88 g. - Nuremberg goldsmith's art MZ0498.
