Mary with Child - France, 14th/15th century - Carved on all sides, standing on an octagonal, profiled base in a contrapposto, dressed in a long, pleated robe and cloak, holding Jesus in her left arm. Carrara marble. H. 48 cm. - Traces of age; right hand and head of the child lost.
