Ivory crucifix - France, 19th century - Sculpturally carved body of Christ in the three-nail type on a cross with an "INRI" plaque on a velvet background in a Baroque frame with a round arch finial, stylized leaf frieze, sanded moulding and back bead with floral and ornamental decorative elements. Carved and gilded wood. Overall approx. 74 x 48 cm. - Frame and velvet with defects. - Due to the current regulations, a sale can only take place within the European Community, the required EC marketing certificate (CITES) is available.
