Description
An Ancient Greek black glazed skyphos with two handles and a wide concaved body. The base tapers from the body into a narrow stem with a decorative red hue along the rim and underside of the foot. Two decorative red features on the body each have a star motif. The handles are curved with angled finger rests for ease of drinking. Ancient Greece - 3rd Century BC Dimensions: H: 3 3/4 in., (9.5 cm.) Very good overall. Slight signs of age and chipping in places. See photos for reference.
