Guillem Viñas Tasso (Barcelona, 1890-?) Interior of the Hermitage. Gouache on paper. Signed. Frederic Mompou, Guillem Viñas, August Malvehy, among other friends, met in the attic of the Paseo de San Juan in Barcelona that they called La Ermita. Lent by Viñas' father, it became a studio and intellectual refuge, filled with talks and discussions on literature, art, philosophy, painting, religion, music... 51 x 67 cm.

Illustrated with 2 frontispieces with portraits of Le Tasse and Gravelot, 2 engraved titles with fleurons, 20 engraved plates, 20 head vignettes and 28 culs-de-lampe all by Gravelot. A fine copy.
