"The Maille "Paillette", developed by Jacques LENFANT for the Atelier Georges LENFANT, is emblematic of the work of this great chain-maker. Worked on links in round, oval, twisted and rectangular shapes, it was used in numerous variations and combinations, and produced for many Place Vendôme Maisons such as Cartier, Fred, Van Cleef Arpels and Mauboussin."
