Russia Sign of the Cossack Union in Shanghai for the Ranks of the Trans-Baikal Cossack Army 1930 - th R2 Okorokov. S. 42-43; Bronze, silver, oxidation, gilding 28,7x23,6 mm.; Enameled; substrate with an orange enamel background; The Cossack Union in Shanghai was officially established on April 12, 1925 at a meeting of the founders, and on November 29 - approved by the general meeting of the Union members. The initiators of the creation of this organization were the Cossack of the Semirechensky Cossack army, sworn attorney I.N. Shendrikov and the military foreman of the Siberian Cossack army A.E. Gryzov. According to the charter, the Union set the goal "to unite the Cossacks of all Cossack troops in Shanghai for mutual spiritual and material support, to preserve Cossack unity and historically established Cossack life and traditions, to establish the rights and obligations of the Cossacks and consolidate them during the future construction of Russia, as well as to develop and prepare for the resolution of the upcoming indigenous issues of the life of their territories."
