Collection of six early daguerreotypes with portraits. Circa 1860, visible dimensions from approx. 5 x 4 cm to 7 x 6 cm. Each decoratively framed under glass (unopened), some with decorative borders. Each decoratively framed under glass (unopened), some with decorative borders. Includes a portrait of a married couple, on two plates and framed as a diptych. Also three male portraits and one of a small child. The portraits were probably all originally framed in two-part snap frames. Only those of the couple and the child are still intact and complete.
