Finely carved and reticulated as Guanyin seated on a lotus throne backed by a flaming mandorla, the face with downcast eyes and full lips, surmounted by a tall chignon, and flanked by pendulous earlobes, her right hand holding a lingzhi spring and in her left hand a pearl. The translucent stone of a pale yellow-celadon color with tiny gray specks and cloudy white inclusions. Provenance: German private collection. Condition: Very good condition with minor wear. Weight: 46.6 g Dimensions: Height 5.9 cm
