Mamluk jaffery; Egypt or Syria, 16th century. Engraved copper. It has rust and wear. Measurements: 20 x 38,5 cm. Bowl made of copper that presents a rounded design with inward sloping walls and vertical edge. The walls are decorated with medallions enclosing geometric elements and inscriptions. The piece stands out for a marked horror vacui with the entire outer area ornamented. Although it should be noted that it follows a symmetrical pattern of orderly character. Rust and wear.
