Date: c. 1830 Description: The picture shows a finely detailed drawing of a forest-like landscape. In the centre of the picture is a large, strong tree surrounded by smaller trees and bushes. The leaves and branches of the trees are drawn with great care and attention to detail. A narrow path winds its way through the trees and a person can be seen at the bottom of the picture, possibly walking or observing the landscape.
