Mahogany veneered console table with bracketed uprights joined by a recessed crotch shelf terminating in front claw feet. It opens to a large drawer in the waist. Black marble top. Stamped YOUF (for Sébastien YOUF 1781-1850) Restoration period 91 x 114 x 47 cm Misses, worming, scratches. Bronze inserts? Sébastien YOUF ran a furniture factory and store at 28 rue de Cléry in 1826, at 43 boulevard saint-Martin and then at 48 rue Meslay from 1827 to 1842. He won several medals at the Exposition des produits de l'industrie in 1827 and 1834.

Belgian gray marble top. Restoration period. H. 89.5 cm, W. 75 cm, D. 43.5 cm (small chips and accidents).
