Olympic Games/ Winter, 2010/ Vancouver. The official torch. The Bombardier workshops can also work miracles, because they're magic, and this combination of steel and aluminum is totally fluid over 94.5cm... Snow and ice cohabit here, as in nature for these "21st Olympic Winter Games" in Vancouver. And the logo, with the words "With Glowing Hearts/ Des plus brillants exploits" would add extra warmth if needed. It travelled over 45,000 km across Canada before setting the cauldron ablaze, making us remember that a great French writer of Breton origin, Louis Hémon (1880-1913), lived here, was inspired (Maria Chapdelaine) and died tragically in Ontario in 1913 at the age of 32. He was very inspired by sports, and wrote for "L'Auto" and "le Vélo", including on the Olympic Games.
