Date: 19th century Description: Duvivier reproduces here the place where the French King Charles VII died on 22 July 1461. The castle, which had probably stood here since the 9th century, underwent several alterations over time and was almost completely destroyed during the French Revolution. On the right in the foreground a draughtsman is sitting at work, next to him is another person pointing in the direction of the castle ruins; next to him are the mounts.
