The faceted pear-shaped body raised on a slightly spreading square foot and applied to opposing sides with taotie mask handles suspending loose rings, the square cover surmounted by four flattened bird-form finials. The bronze with a superb, naturally grown patina with scattered malachite encrustations. The compressed globular body following the archaistic bronze form, with molded taotie masks at the three feet and angular U-shaped, upright handles, the domed cover surmounted by three mythical beasts and penciled bands.
