Japanese vase. Meiji, late nineteenth-early twentieth century. Bronze and cloisonné enamel. Measurements: 27 x 19 x 19 cm. Chinese vase of the Quing dynasty, probably made during the reign of Guangxu. Its bronze body presents an elegant bullonado form. It is decorated with colorful enamels in the cloisonné technique. Butterflies and chrysanthemums with large corollas occupy the belly, on a sky blue background, while stylized and synthetic motifs decorate the long neck.
