Spanish chest. Carlos IV period, late XVIII-early XIX century. Ebonized wood and bone chiseled with ink (includes a portrait of Charles IV). It presents marks of use, wear and faults. Measurements: 11 x 14 x 8,5 cm. Chest from the reign of Charles IV. The ebonized wood structure has been covered with sheets of bone in which battles and field scenes are developed, as well as hybrid motifs characteristic of the grotesques: mascarons joined to vegetal branches, etc. It also includes a portrait of the monarch. The chest is raised on lentil feet and its gabled lid also has all four sides decorated on bone.
