Lithographed poster, format 125 x 180 cm. A little schoolboy, standing, wearing beret, cape, schoolbag and wicker basket, sketches a little LU. Famous poster for LU cookies. Firmin Bouisset drew this little schoolboy in 1897 for an advertising campaign on the walls of major French cities. These ephemeral 5 m x 3 m posters were all destroyed. A new campaign was launched in the 1920s in this slightly smaller format. Mint condition.
