Utagawa Kunisada, born 1786 Edo (now Tokyo), Japan - died January 12, 1865, Edo (now Tokyo), Japan. Art Movement: Edo period (1603–1867) Painting School: Utagawa School. The woodblock print is nicely framed and silk-munted. Provemame: A private collection in New York City. Dimensions: 12 3/4 x 8 3/4 in., (32.4 x 22.2 cm.) The print is well-preserved and framed under glass. There are several small dots (foxing?) on the print. The matting is an off-white linen.
